Here is a guide for apply:

Graphic Designer:

-No Graphics made with Paint

-Must Provide atleast 3 examples

Programmer:

-If you have flash post an example

-If you have Game Maker link to a game you made

Website Staff:

-If you want to be a coder you must know HTML or Javascript

i did the 30day trial of adobe flash CS3 professional and it is awesome!
